Access the Mobile Benefit Portal - Flex Account

To access your benefit information, you must create an online member account by following the steps below:

  1. Go to www.pbaclaims.com and select “Secure Login” then select “Employee.

  2. Select “Create a New Account” to start the account setup process.

  3. Select the box “Accept” if you agree to the terms and conditions then select “Next.

  4. Enter the employee Social Security Number (SSN) and employee date of birth then select “Next.

  5. Enter your email, which will be your username, create a password, setup your security questions and answers then select “Next.

  6. Verify your information then select “Finish.”  

  7. Select the “View FSA/HRA/HSA” button.

  8. For additional information, please select “Tools & Support > Next Steps Form.”

When you can’t use your PBA Flex Benefit Card, be sure to take advantage of the Direct Deposit Program provided by PBA, which allows you to have your Medical and Dependent Care reimbursements electronically deposited into your bank account. This program gives you peace of mind knowing your funds are deposited, even if you are out of town.
